WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN SAYING

What Have You Put Out in The Atmosphere Everything in the universe begins with and revolves around two things: words and thoughts. These two elements are divine gifts created by God and given to man. They form the creative substance that molds and shapes the destiny of humanity. Each of us becomes the person we are, chooses the direction we take, and accomplishes everything we do based on these two primary elements. Just as in every seed, there is life-giving power that resides in every spoken word. This principle illustrates how the spiritual law of incubation and manifestation works. Everything you see in the natural began as a spiritual seed-that is, as a thought. We are told in 2 Peter 1:3-4 that God, in His infinite wisdom, has already given us all things pertaining to life (the Wycliffe version says, "all things of his god-like virtue") that we might partake of His divine nature. Included in this celestial equipping are divine thoughts and inspired words. As a spiritual being created in the image of God (Gen. 1:26) your spiritual genes hold the creative power to frame your personal world by the thoughts and words you think and speak, which are divine tools given for your creative use. All you are, experience, and ultimately achieve can be traced back to how you have made use of these two simple, yet vastly powerful, tools-your words and thoughts. The power of the spoken word is one of life's greatest mysteries. All that you will ever be or accomplish hinges on how you choose to govern what comes out of your mouth. By what you allow to occupy your mind and mouth, you can either bless your life to great heights of success or send it orbiting into realms of failure, sadness, and discontentment. This is why Proverbs tells us, "For as he thinks in his heart, so is he" (Prov. 23:7, amp), and urges, "Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life" (Prov. 4:23, nlt). Jesus followed suit by declaring, "For whatever is in your heart determines what you say. A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart" (Matt. 12:34-35, nlt). What occupies your mind determines what eventually fills your mouth; your outer world showcases all that has dominated-and at times subjugated-your inner world. Because the law of cause and effect is continually at work, there is always an inner cause for every outer effect. Your outer world is a direct result of your inner world. Every circumstance in life is a result of a choice-and every choice is the result of a thought. All those things that fill your mind hold the keys to your reality. Your thoughts provide the fuel for your words, and your words provide the fuel for your world. It is paramount that you become the master of your thoughts. The greatest man has become so by the scrupulous attention he gives to controlling what goes into his mind and what comes out of his mouth. So be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. A wholesome woman is characterized by tolerance, which saves her from hasty decisions in crisis, and retaliations in the face of contrariness. The good woman attempts to make friends, not enemies. A polite woman uses gentleness and kindness. A woman who listens well to his subordinates manages them well. The greatness of a woman is in his humility before God, not in his eloquence before man. A devoted woman gives herself totally to the ones leading, helping them to develop their undiscovered potential. A patient woman remembers that people’s responses vary according to their nature, temperament, and level of development. A mature woman shows highest respect for others, irrespective of race or rank. A weak woman retreats in the face of rising difficulties and loses the respect of her followers. A teachable woman eagerly probes for truth learned by others regardless of their status

KNOCK THE DEVIL DOWN

No matter what difficult situation you may be facing today, God can turn it around! The doctors may have told you there's no hope. Your bank account may be empty and the creditors knocking on the door. There may be trouble in your family or on your job. You may have a loved one headed for prison. Your problems may be stacked so high, you feel like you can never overcome them. But don't let the devil fool you. He has never devised a problem that faith in God can't fix! Nothing intimidates God. It's just as easy for God to heal cancer as it is for Him to heal a headache. It's as easy for Him to buy you a new home as it is for Him to pay your rent. Think about that! If you'll dare to believe God's Word, you can have light in the midst of a dark world. You can have protection in the midst of a dangerous world. You can live healed in the midst of a sick world. You can live prosperously in the midst of an impoverished world. You can live free in the midst of a captive world. But you can't do it by dragging around in an attitude of defeat. If you want to walk in constant victory, you must develop a spirit of faith and persevere when the devil is putting pressure on you. Faith believes God's Word just because God said it-whether natural circumstances seem to agree or not. That means if you want to maintain a spirit of faith in the area of healing, you must start by getting your Bible and finding out what God has said about healing. Then you must choose to receive that Word as the truth. Then say it! Say, "The Word says healing belongs to me and I believe it!" Keep putting the Word in your heart day after day until faith rises up within you and your body begins to line up with that Word. People with the spirit of faith always receive the blessings of God. They may go through tests and trials, but they come out victorious every time. I like those odds, don't you? I like to beat the devil every time. And, glory to God, we can do it if we'll walk continually in the spirit of faith. Keep faith stirred up. Get your expectancy up and out there ahead of where you are now. Dare to believe God. It won't shake Him up! Nothing intimidates Him!

PRAYER FOR INNER PEACE

I open my heart to You, dear God, and let Your peace fill my being. In Your presence, I am peaceful, poised, confident and strong.

I relax in Your loving care, dear God, and release all my cares to You, knowing that You are upholding me and sustaining me in all that I do.

As I keep my heart and mind centered in You, God, I feel Your peace infusing my entire being and keeping me serene and secure.

To You, beloved God, I release all sense of turmoil. In the comfort of Your presence, I am content and peaceful.

God, Your presence calms me, quiets the storms around me, and leads me to a place of perfect peace. As I center myself in Your peaceful presence, I let go of every concern and relax in the safety of Your love.

WISDOM FOR LADIES

Fight today's battles with tomorrow's strength. Come to think of it, the idea originated with Jesus:"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." -Matthew 6:34


God supplies all the strength we need to do all that He's called us to do.
But He rations this strength much in the same way He rationed manna to the children of Israel. He provides sufficient strength each day for the challenges of that day...and that day only. This strength doesn't carry over from one day to the next. You either use it, or lose it.


And He will not give you enough strength today for the confrontations, obligations, and challenges of next week, next month, or next year. That strength will be deposited in your account precisely when you need it, and not a moment before. If you're stressed and overwhelmed today, check your strength supply. I'll bet you have enough to get you through this day. And that's all you need for now. "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."
